ABOUT THE ARTIST

Kerry Kinman, a resident of Dexter, Oregon, has been putting his love of the desert to canvas for over 20 years. By using a special palette-knife technique, he creates impressionist paintings, which include the Senora, Mojave and Colorado deserts. One of his many achievements include winning the Gold Medal Artist Award from the May Galleries in Scottsdale, AZ. Kerry and his wife, Linda, travel to Arizona every spring to capture the ultimate settings or as he says, "I look for smiles in the landscape."
