Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in new condition for an exchange or refund (less a restocking fee). Defective merchandise will be replaced.

Certain custom maps, raised relief maps, and software are not returnable.

Returned items will be accepted only if they are returned in new condition and in the original package. Murals that have been unrolled cannot be returned for credit.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. You must call or email us to obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

There is a 10% restocking fee (minimum $5.00) for most returned merchandise. The fee is 20% for returned wall murals. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping including insurance is the buyer’s responsibility.
