ABOUT THE ARTIST

Christa Kieffer was born in Tubingen, Germany. She studied extensively throughout Europe before moving to the United States to attend the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. Kieffer travels the world frequently, photographing captivating scenery that helps her create her paintings. She has a fellowship at the Art Center of Design and is co-founder of Gallery One in Point Reyes. The artist currently lives in a small rural community surrounded by Point Reyes National Park in California.
